HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
When you are ready give us a call; we will discuss the project and find a solution to whatever you are looking to get done. I will then make an appointment with you to come out and look at the site. This is free and it will give you the chance meet me and for me to be able to give you a ballpark range of what this could cost. Together we will put a budget together that meets your objective.
HOW DOES THE PRICE VARY?
Our free estimates will give you the best idea what your project will cost, just by describing the situation over the phone does not always do justice when there are so many variables that go into each project. Jim will always discuss each project with the client to ensure their objectives are met within their budget. If need be he will discuss ways to trim costs. We never promise to be the cheapest, but we will always provide the most value.
EMERGENCY
When you call Bio Pro Boston, Jim will discuss your project in detail with you. If it is an emergency, he will be on site within an hour, 24/7/365. If it is not an emergency, he will schedule an appointment to visit and provide a detailed free estimate.
PASSIONATE, INDIVIDUAL SERVICE
Typically, somebody will call and speak with the owner directly. The owner Jim will then go through in detail the steps that need to be taken. A time is then set for the Bio Pro Boston team to complete the job. Payment is addressed after cleanup as it is our first priority to complete decontamination in a discrete and compassionate method for all Bio Pro Boston clients.
